Research of Educational Communication and Technology

This periodical was formerly named “Instructional Technology & Media” with 102 volumes published from 1992 Feb. to 2012 Dec. In 2013 March, the name was changed to “Research of Educational Communication and Technology,” and the number of volumes still continued regardless of the change.

This periodical publishes first-hand papers about education technology and audio-visual communications. They range from theoretical to practical research including evidence-based research, applying technology to teaching experiences, and commentaries of critical and innovative thinking.

This periodical can be found on “PerioPath Index to Taiwan Periodical Literature System” (台灣期刊論文索引系統) and “Taiwan Citation Index – Humanities and Social Sciences” (台灣人文及社會科學引文索引資料庫). Now we’ve been working on joining “THCI Core & TSSCI” (人社期刊評比暨核心期刊收錄) .We hope that people will be able to find our periodical published in “THCI Core & TSSCI” in the near future.

Journal article submission (期刊徵稿):

< Research of Educational Communication and Technology>, made by TAECT, aims to publish authentic research papers concerning educational communication and technology.

All research papers from the following aspects are welcomed:

experiment on educational communication and technology (empirical research)
the technology incorporated into teaching experience (commentary research)
theoretical and practical research
critical and innovative thinking (commentary research)
modified master/Ph.D. degree research paper
