Transportation Information

From Tainan Railway Station:

A. By Taxi: Approximately 8-minute drive.

B. By Tainan City Bus:

Route 2: Board at "Tainan Railway Station (North Station)," alight at "Da Nan Men Cheng" stop, then walk along Nanmen Road and turn left onto Shulin Street Section 2 to reach the university.

Routes 5 and 0-Left: Board at "Tainan Railway Station (North Station)," alight at "Sports Park (National University of Tainan)" stop, then walk along Lane 170, Jiankang Road Section 1 to the south campus entrance.

Red Route 3: Board at "Tainan Railway Station (North Station)," alight at "Yanping County King Shrine (National University of Tainan)" stop, then walk along Kaishan Road, turn right onto Shulin Street Section 2, and proceed along NUTN Affiliated Elementary School to the north campus entrance.

C. On Foot:

From Tainan Railway Station (Front Station), proceed straight along Beimen Road Section 1 to Dongmen Roundabout, continue around the roundabout to Datong Road Section 1, turn right onto Shulin Street Section 2, and walk along NUTN Affiliated Elementary School to reach the university. Walking time is approximately 25 minutes.​

From Tainan Airport:

A. By Taxi: Approximately 15-minute drive.
B. By Tainan City Bus:

Take Route 5 bus from "Tainan Airport (Chi Mei Happiness Factory)" station, alight at "Sports Park (National University of Tainan)" stop, then walk along Jiankang Road to the south campus entrance.​

If you are driving:

From National Freeway No. 1:

Exit at "Rende Interchange" (toward Tainan East District), proceed straight along Zhongshan Road to Dongmen Road Section 2, turn left onto Linsen Road Section 1, turn right to connect with Fulian East Road and continue straight to Fulian Road. At the Fulian Road underpass exit, turn right-front to connect with Kaishan Road, turn left onto Shulin Street Section 2, and proceed along NUTN Affiliated Elementary School to reach the university. Driving time is approximately 20 minutes.​​

If you take the High Speed Rail (HSR) to Tainan Station:

At HSR Station "Exit 2," board the complimentary shuttle bus [H31 Tainan HSR Station to Tainan City Government] (for related transfer service information, please refer to the HSR website. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Alight at "Yanping County King Shrine (National University of Tainan)" stop, then walk along Kaishan Road, turn right onto Shulin Street Section 2, and proceed along NUTN Affiliated Elementary School to reach the university. Walking time is approximately 10 minutes.
