Submission Guideline

• Please use the conference paper template (【Paper/Abstract Template】【PDF】) to format your paper/abstract for TAECT 2025.
• The submission of papers/abstracts for TAECT 2025 is managed via EasyChair. If you already have an EasyChair account, use your User name and Password to log in. If you need to create an EasyChair account, click on create an account.

Important Dates

• Conference: Dec 5-6, 2025

• Submission Deadline for Full Papers and Posters: Sep 01, 2025

• Submission Deadline for Multimedia Projects and Lesson Plans: Sep 01, 2025

• Notification of Acceptance: Authors will be notified of paper acceptance or non-acceptance by email (or website announcement) as close as possible to the date of Oct 13, 2025.

• Final Camera-Ready Submission: Authors will have an opportunity to modify their paper in response to the reviewer’s comments. The final paper submission deadline: Oct 24, 2025.

• Early Registration: Oct 30, 2025.

• Late Registration: Nov 15, 2025
